What a great idea to start a podcast! Subscribing was effortless and the link to the website very organic. The audio is crystal clear, and the interview of Federico very interesting. We need more of this kind of "salvage anthropological" documentary as one unique institution after another is erased and replaced by branches of national chain stores. Keep up the good work.*
*Full disclosure: I have been interviewed as well.

The Tasty Diner was one of the initial stops I made when I first moved to Cambridge. I heard so much about it and I just had to experience it. I had a great time (the food was good too). Thanks for all of the background info, Federico. I can't wait to see the film.
